Applying for "Super Visa" from within Canada?

I'm planing to bring my parents to Canada on visitor visa.
Just wondering if I can apply for a super visa once they are here. If yes then can you give me references for how to go about processing the same?

Hi,

It's not possible to apply for super visas from within Canada. Your parents can apply to extend their visitor status/extend their stay on the initial entry of their current TRVs
