I'm very confused, received an offer letter from Cambrian-Hanson Brampton campus for Hospitality Diploma. But not sure, if I should use this offer letter for Visa for Jan 2018 intake. Please advise what are my chances of getting SPP visa.

In that case, you should check about your post grad work permit (PGWP) after your course completion.
Whether the graduates of this campus can apply for pgwp or not.

Try to justify things in sop, and try to keep sop strong and clear.

Just a suggestion, if you have done your 12th in CBSE, fill the CBSE improvement exam for Economics(it would just costs 700/800) and if unluckily, you get your visa refused. Then, you can improve your economics scores and can apply again, next year.Thanks Bro... I will work on SOP.

Rather i would say fill improvement for both english and economics. The money which CBSE will charge, would be same for 2 subjects (700/800).Just a suggestion, if you have done your 12th in CBSE, fill the CBSE improvement exam for Economics(it would just costs 700/800) and if unluckily, you get your visa refused. Then, you can improve your economics scores and can apply again, next year.
