TYPE or PRINT in black ink -- both okay?

As I'm sure you all know, some of these boxes don't allow the right amount of characters in them, forcing you to write your answers in.

That said, can we type most of the application, and WRITE in the small boxes? Is it either or?

I added pages behind in word and typed the answer. Allowed for more info too... just add wuestion number and text and place it directly behind the page on the application. I then added a sticky note and said see additional attached page

Like, you'd just have a blank .doc on the following page, with like: "4a. (answer).
4b. (answer), etc." ?

Its wouldnt be blank. It would have the form number question number question text and the answer.
