They clearly mention that you need to inform them if YOU have a new job not your managers so I think it's not necessary because if they call the company they will inform them that the guy left but there are other people who can confirm your duties and time spent their as the HR manager

No movement since the change in additional docs status on 14-July, am planning to call them sometime this week..

Your notes are generated between 15th and the 20th day of application. 10 days are with the officer who reviews your notes before they are sent to you. Even I ordered my notes on 23-July so expecting it by 23-Aug. You may also get your PPR this week as many people have received PPR a week before their GCMS notes arrived. Reason being, when the officer reviews your GCMS notes and if he / she finds everything good, they will trigger your PPR which is why your PPR arrives before your GCMS notes at times..

I hope that too but PPR comes only if the security is cleared. Does eligibility and security happen simultaneously?

No, security check is only done when eligibility is passed PPR comes generally one week after security check
