I'm not sure if it's IP1 or IP2. My representative is failing to give me update.I want to ask for my status from CIC what email address should i use and the format . My Visa office is CIO sydney

If you sent CIC a mail from your email ID most probably they will reply saying "Your email address is not tagged to any application...". I believe your representative email is tagged to your application and hence only if he requests an update from his email ID, CIC would reply back with the status. Hope this helps.

Medicals : Passed - July 12
IP1 : July 14th 2017
NA2 : Not sure
IP2 : August 1st "We are processing your background check"
PPR : Waiting

I am not sure of the IP1 or Ip2 status, I have sent an email to cpc-std and still waiting for a response.

ip2 starts wen status says

buddy try ordering GCMS notes 60 days after AOR u will get clarity on the application status. ..
