Hi guys, i apply for pr in 13 jun ,2016
Got married in may 2017, add my wife in aug 2017 , my question how long is going a take to process our pr now.

Think that question is irritating, but couldn't find anything regarding this. I'm confused about 5710 from (extend or new WP), question 7 - about dates in country of residence (Canada). As I understood, the "Date from" is an arrival date to the country, right? But then, I found in 5553 Guide the following: Provide the dates (From-To) to indicate how long you have had this status.

So, they mean to provide issue and end date of my visitor's visa?

Hope You can clarify it for me as IMM008 form has the same qestion related to current country of residence

I have a question if any one could help me about i will apply as unaccompanied my wife and my kid my question is when can i sponsorship them after my landing And is there any problem that i mention in my application that they will not come with me

Hi guys im a newbie here. Well i would just wondering if you can help me guys. Our papers was been delivered last July 14,2017 and didn't receive any email yet... now i got some questions:

1) How many days or weeks u guys expirienced to get aor from the?

2) To whom email will send the aor? Is it on my email (PA) or to my husband (Sponsor)

3. Do u have number where we can reach the ircc?

Usually it take up to a month or a month and a half before u can finally get the aor, usually the sponsor receives the email 1st but keep checking both of your emails including your junk mail. U still have a few weeks of waiting to do or at least by next week u should receive some news seeing that earlyJuly applicants have already began receiving their aor. Mines is the 17th of July so we are in the same time frame. We have a what's app group chat where we share our experiences and give each other information and help if u wish u can join us it's really nice and helps us get our mind of the waiting time

Are you saying u are moving to Canada but your wife and child will not be accompanying you to Canada and how long do you have to wait when u land in Canada to sponsor them? I was having a hard time trying to understand what you were saying so please correct me if I am wrong

Hello Everyone,

My application is sponsorship spouse outside Canada. I submitted my application at CPC Mississauga and it my application got delivered on 5th May 2017, but I did not get any response yet.

Please help how would I know where is my file?

how can I check my application status without application number?

Yes thats true if you can help me and tell when can I sponsor them

once you are a permanent resident or citizen u can apply to sponsor them as soon as possible

No I haven't received any email from them as yet,

Actully would the cic consider it as misrepresentation that i mention when i tend to apply that my family unaccompanie me or no relation between the two processes

If u have mentioned to immigration that your family will not be accompanying you to Canada then all is well and u can proceed with their sponsorship. If you failed to declare such information to them then it's deemed misrepresentation on your end. Always tell Imigration the truth

Question about IMM5406: am I supposed to fill in the marital status/physically present for every one of my relatives? The instructions tell me to state whether my wife and I were at the wedding, but the box is obviously there for all of the relatives.

I received an email from CIC on July 27, 2017 that they have received my application to sponsor a family member, and asked PA to link her application to an online account. Application was linked the same date and we still haven't heard anything else from their end.

The letter to PA stated that if the application is not linked to an online account within 7 Calendar days then they will send the request for additional documents through email, and it's been almost 2 weeks now.

Any suggestions .. should I call CIC or wait for now?
