Hello Experts,

I have received ITA about a month ago on a EE score of 461.

The category is EE FSW. I have all work exp docs in order but the CIC website says they need to have job description as well. Now I don't have job descriptions in any of my experience letters, but they do state all other information like my job title, duration, salary etc.

Will this create a problem? For one of the employers, it will be very difficult fr me to get in touch and get a statement of job responsibilities as I did not leave on a good note.

Will CIC accept work experience letters with out job description details? My job titles pretty much say what I was doing at these companies as "marketing manager" word exists in all job titles.

Kindly let me know guys whether I should apply or not.

Will be thankful for all guidance.

Regards

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Not sufficient, if there aren't duties and responsibilities the officer won't be able to match them to the NOC chosen. Job titles aren't sufficient to prove skilled work experience.

Your application will get rejected.

I see, thanks for letting me know. I will try to get in touch with employers then.

Questions from a newbie who has not yet applied EE but wants to gather the docs for app ahead of time:

1. How far back does the application require reference letters? Only for the work ex you are claiming points for or your entire work history? The points need only 3+ years for max score so would the recent ones suffice or does one have to get for every single employment even if they are not relevant to the current position/NOC?

2. At the time of leaving my previous organisations, I had taken experience letters that detail my role and responsibilities. They were however issued by people who have since left those organisations. Would i need to get a fresh one issued in this case, or can i update the new contact details of the supervisor in the LOE while attaching those old experience/reference letters?

Thanks

I asked for reference letters as per IRCC's requirements from my former employers a few months before receiving an ITA. Two of them refused outright, two of them complied.

What I'm trying to say is, you won't know until you ask.

Good luck.

From my knwledge of what agent told me. You only need rference letters from employers that you are using to prove your points score. It is normal for supervisor to change, you can just mention that if CIC gets back to you. I believe they would expect that to happen. A new supervisor that came after you left the company is technically not your supervisor but a replacement of your actual supervisor. The agent said CIC would usually call company and check your tenure and job description with HR and if they confirm that your supervisor was with company at that time then you are good to go.
