Hello guru,.... I have this confusion pls clear.....many say we have to maintain 3 months prior funds for sinp EE while others say their application was rejected because 6 months pof was not shown during application..... Now pls clear my doubt as I guess u must have received a nomination....
An answer from all those who received a nomination/ITA is heartfully appreciated.... Thanks in advance

Hello guru .......once again....I need ur best advice....my question is that for ...sinp expressentry....it is clearly mentioned by you that 3 months statement of entire fund....prior to application is need....sorry if my question is absurd.....but my condition is that ....one half of entire amount is in account...maintained for more than 3 months....the other half can I show a gift deed or a sale deed....to avoid delay of waiting for 3 more months to apply....can the above option be good....I mean can I do that???....pls reply.....sorry if this question is foolish....

They need 3 months old fund in favor of main applicant or spouse only. And it must be your money. Don't consider sale deed. You can deposit that gifted amount in favor of your account in bank for 3 months. They don't have any interest in where do the money come from?

Yes....I got your answer....but still ....for knowledge sake... Could u pls tell me ....under which circumstances are these sale deed or gift deed applicable?I find many opting for this gift deed from parents.....sorry guru.... in case I am bothering you....just to know....

There is no definite time for getting to die and Intake opening.

Check in every hour. Of course this month will open. OID quota gets completed in a few hours and EE in 1-2 days. So be careful.

I applied for sinp but i have 2 questions I'm Pharmacist, but working in advertising field under noc code 1123
I applied with my bachelor degree of pharmacy, but I noticed that noc 1123 employment requirement need business degree
The good news that I already have MBA my first question can I send it to Wes and send the updated report to sinp before contacting me or they will reject my application

My second question about POF
I deposited the money on 4 th of may but my application date was 27 July which is less than 3 months and the bank statement date was in may

I'm planning to get an updated bank statement this week, it will be more than 3 months, is that OK and they can accept it or they will reject my application also

90% chances of rejection. WES not necessary for OID subcategory.
It would be nice that you apply again a complete application when intake opens.
