WES is tried and tested and more popular. It has been associated with CIC for long now. Almost all the credential agencies have the same prerequisites. Probably the difference lies with the education completed in certain countries.

The reason is that WES requires FSC documents to be submitted for all candidates who are applying form Pakistan. And the big issue is that they want the documents to be submitted by the board of intermediate education and not by the candidate. I'm in Lahore and I did my FSC from Karachi, so it was a big problem for me.

One of my friend recently got his ECA through IQAS. It was a simple process, Even HEC attestation wasn't required. He just got the signed and sealed envelopes for his Bachelor and Masters degree from his universities and sent those envelopes to IQAS himself (but he wrote FROM address as University's address). NO FSC documents are required for IQAS if you want to get ECA for your Bachelor and Masters degree.

IQAS took 15-20 days only and the cost is same as WES.

Hello friend

I am going to apply for ECA through IQAS. I need your suggestion for my case. I have matric, inter and BS(CS) from Pakistan, and then I have masters and Phd from Germany. So, I need to ask what documents should I send to IQAS from Pakistan? Should I send all the original documents? If I send all the originals, then is it required to send transcripts from universities in sealed envelope? any suggestion from members will be helpful.

Note: I need ECA only for my PhD.

i also want my ECA through IQAS.. i have a question that i have to send my marriage certificate and passport copy as well...would i sent these documents in a single envelope with educational documents or have to send 2 separate envelopes???

As per this document its stated that IQAS required HEC attestation, which as far i have researched not required. We need to get the photocopies verified by the granting university.
Can you please clarify my confusion on this.

ECA does not require your institution to directly mail you. It is one of the option. You can get the requested document in a sealed envelope with their stamp on the envelope and mail it in yourself. I have done that with success.

They took about 1 month, but it was about an year ago

I sent them three different courier last week of May was first then second third in first week of june , got first email on 15th June and final in 21st June 2017 , never heard after that neither have received any parcel

I want to do ECA from CES
Can i post my MBA and Bachelor Transcript and Degree in a sealed envelope to CES or not at my own.

Do i need to also send my matric and diploma attested photocopies through concern boards to CES or can i send them at my own.

Please help me now.

My MBA AND BCOM Documenta are ready and sealed in HEC Envelope but have no idea what to do next

Feedback is requested from any graduate of UET Lahore Pakistan who got the ECA through IQAS.
Did you get the documents attested and sealed at Controller of Examination office in UET or it was some other office. How much time the whole process took at UET.

As I understand, with IQAS, Matric & F.Sc. documents are not required to be sent for the purpose of assessment. Please confirm if this was true in your case.

Detailed guidance about the whole process will be much appreciated.
