sponsoring kids from Pakistan

Can someone please guide me how can I sponsor my recently orphaned nieces from Pakistan. I heard adoption from Pakistan is banned in Canada. They are four, all under eighteen. i have enough earnings to support them and my family. I will really appreciate your help guys. BR

Both their mom and dad died in just four months. They have some uncles and aunts but all of no use, no care , financially week and have families.

yes , but a lawyer told me as I have my other brothers and sisters their, immigration office would say why they cant take care of the kids and why i would do... and will refuse on this behalf.

I don't believe your lawyer is correct.

But regardless, sponsoring them as orphans is your only option for sponsoring them for PR to Canada.

You cannot go the adoption path since adoptions from Pakistan aren't recognized by Canada.

It was because Pakistan does not accept European adoption in compliance with Islamic law. They call it kifala which is not accepted in Canada as legal adoption perhaps...but that is for general cases I believe not for the one who are relative in blood...like niece , nephews...etc... What if I legally adopt them in Pakistan by court - give them my surname etc...
How can I ensure I process it fast..they are not safe there...very young..all alone...very insecure...can it be considered on humanitarian grounds...

Again - you would follow the instructions in the link I provided above and sponsor them as orphans. There is no point adopting them. Canada won't recognize the adoption. But you can sponsor them since they are orphans.
