photo ID of 6 year old

Hi, I am applying for citizenship in September. there is a requirement of 2 IDs of a child, one of which must have a photo on it. She has no ID with photo on it, her health card does not have photo. No school document has photo on it. What should I do. Please suggest. Thanks

We sent my 7yo son's application with his school report and health card with no photo. We attached an explanation letter because there are no pictures on those dicuments in Manitoba. We also checked boxes in the checklist.

They ask to send two more documents in addition to passport and pr card.

In my case I sent the health card and an additional copy of PR card and they accepted it.

Most I checked with had only submitted health card and extra copy of PR card . I did the same and also added a school report card too. Still waiting for AOR so cant advice on the outcome still..

If you could get Index card from school it may have photo on it. In toronto I saw it
