Actually you are correct here, once criminality is done, which will be done most likely when your IP1 changes to NA again, these factors play no role.
I have seen candidates with 4 dependents getting PPR in 30 days! And a single candidate with perfect work experience getting in 100. CIC is highly unpredictable. But i also strongly believe that being a single candidate with minimum travel history and just one job to check, it will certainly speed up your background checks for sure. My friend
@gurik has no travel, single, and one job, she was the quickest and first PPR in our month AORs. So I think if you get a good Visa officer and file is at Ottawa, it will be beneficial then.
Main thing here is how long your file is opened after criminality is done and how long after they open it again to check security after eligibility. Now the thing how files are delayed. For a candidate like you, your R10 will be quick of course, and if no travel then criminality will be done in a single day. Now what happens is that after this stage files are put in queue, it all depends on how long is queue in which your file was placed. Now you having only one job to be checked, your eligibility will be done in a single day if all is as they need, so here will be the benefit of your one job, but important point is when will they open the file for doing that! It might be the same day after criminality and file may not be opened after 40 days also. So hence the small advantage one gains from this is easily washed by the long queues, hence overall there is no advantage seen in final resluts as it all comes down to how quickly your file was checked again.
I hope my post is comprehensible, feels like i have blabbered all my knowledge lol
