Study visa rejected for weird reasons

Hi, my name is Adelaine Martin, I'm 18 years old . I've been accepted at Seneca college for the sept 2017 intake. I applied for a study visa on July 18 from Belgium and today I've been communicated that my visa has been rejected for the following reasons

-I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue -> I showed my father's bank account (he sponsors me) with 40.000 euros (nearly 60k CAD). My tuition is 16000 CAD per year. In addition to that I asked for a student loan of 20.000€ (aprox 30k cad). How much should I show?

You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay due to limited employment prospects in your country of residence, purpose of your visit, your personal assests and financial status, your travel history, your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

Eeeer I don't understand this point. I turned 18 a few weeks ago. What kind of personal assets am I expected to have?
And travel history, I don't have any visa stamps since I've only visited other European countries (Spain, France, Germany and Italy) and we don't get visa stamps for those. I don't have family in Canada, all my family lives either in Belgium or Germany (I'm half german)

How should I proceed? Someone has told me to apply with my german passport since they say it's easier to get a visa with one. What else can I show to get my application accepted?

If you have certain land or any sorta documents that in your name reapply with those.

Also, make a strong SOP stating how this course will be helpful for you back home

What course are you applying for that is not available in Belgium given I guess is not a post grad course.

Plus in asking for a loan which you may not get that could also be seen as a financial reason regardless of any promise you have for your father to sponsor. The expectation is course fees plus approx 10k living per year so 25-30k per year.

Alright, I'll try writing a strong SOP. Thank you.

I got the loan actually, and my father got everything notarized, affidavit including (in which it is stated that he has the financial resources to take care of my personal expenses).

I guess that not writing a SOP explaining why I want to study in Canada and why not in another European country might have sounded suspicious to the officers. I'll try to get more financial resources and write a SOP.

Thank you very much for your help
