do you guys know if they return the application package, do they send it to the sponsor (Canada) or to the PA (foreign country)? i sent our application package from Canada since i (Sponsor) was the last one who signed the documents.

They would return it to the sponsor in Canada

They send it to your Canada address.

I don't think they would return it, however they would not count it as proof of relationship or proof of anything, it would be pretty much useless for them if it's not translated. I think it just won't be evidence to them, that's what I've read before on this forum about it.

I dont think so they will look at the dates of the coversation not the content thats what my lawyer said

This process is so stressful I think I just need to keep calm but I can't not until I receive the first AOR am I the only one checking emails each day oh lord things you do on this forum lol

Hi Team,
Filing our application in the next day or two! I'm super nervous/excited! I've been working on this damn thing since September, 2016!! With that being said, I'm including the FBI Background check and my husband's medical exam because we already had it done prior to the rules changing. I'm Canadian, and husband is American. We are only 45 mins and 1 border apart so he comes to visit every weekend. Also, I'm pregnant with our first child, due in October! So, hopefully this doesn't take tooo long! Anywho, wishing you all good luck! xo
