Man, that's something, you can see mixed emotions of all people. Even they share Bday wishes too. It's fun being in that thread.I would truly recommend this for all.IRCC and OINP are too unpredictable, nobody can guess anything about them. You can see the ROH 68 thread for an example of that. People daily do a lot of predictions there but all in vain, some are even champion members!I wish you find your answers one day!

as I couldn't track your application status in your signature, I ended up in immitracker and found your status. Happy for that.Real Motto to be chill and relax than getting tensed coz of no draws. Some assume tonight there will be a draw. Hopefully, fingers crossed.
As I remember, I created ONE key account one day. Immediately got email confirmation of having created ONE key account.
Next day again I opened ONe key account and put EE profile number and job validation code which I got from NOI mail and I got another email from OINP about my registration confirmation.
In you case, creating ONe key account is as good as having registered, I do not know. Here is the excerpt from oinp notification.
Please note, if you have already registered for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream, you must submit your complete application through the OINP e Filing Portal within 14 days of registering a profile.

Could someone please have a logical answer based on your experiences to my question.
Why for instance some user's applications move to "Decision in Progress", while other users' applications stay in Assessment ?.
For instance I submitted my application in July, 11, and an other user did in July, 12. mine is still in assessment since july 21, while his moved to Decision on Progress in August, 31.
In you opinion how does this happen. I personally don't believe that they go by first come for serve application.
I would greatly appreciate it if you kindly give me your opinion.

This was discussed on many threads and on different occasions ...yet no one do know for sure ...
Theoretically speaking for example take ICT candidates now ..there must be no difference between CRS 301 NOC X and CRS 399 NOC Y in terms of application processing priority
Hence ,I am with you totally in one thing which is that ....it is not FIFS..
How I see it ? In my own personal opinion its a certain background metric between NOC ,CRS and Age/Experience ...where CRS above 400 ICT candidates ,general CRS above 400,general ICT candidates and who is around the optimum age with reasonable experience... are given priority in processing
Again this is purely my own opinion ..no formal trace for what I am saying...
No body knows the process behind on what basis it is done. It's suspected to be based on CRS more than 400 and unique NOC. Still, there are a lot of speculations around this.
