hello .. I am hope tis is a right sight to ask my question .. I am a pastor of the Burmese Church in Vancouver .. one of my member he had a girl friend and want to get her to Canada. But the boy so working hard he had no time to get the level 4 English for his citizenship .. also he can not enter to Burma married his wife .. if he enter Burma his refugees status will be cancel. He had been in Canada since 2009. Can he get a visit / fiancée visa and married her when she landed .. I can guarantee tis is not a fake marriage ..

) you do not need to marry. If you are a PR then they can sponsor their spouse visa. If he is a refugee (and not a PR) - don't think he can do that. In that case, she has to do her own process.
