I got the AOR2 today from LVO which doesn't seem normal because BGC started before app got transferred.

"This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to the visa office in London for further processing."

SA: May 11th
BGC started: July 27th
ECAS updated to "In Process": July 29th
AOR2: July 31st

This doesn't seem normal, has this happened to anyone else?

The same thing happened to me, I'm not sure why. Eligibility went in process about 3 weeks before and BGC went in process about 1 week before my file was transferred to LVO...

Hi all I am April 2016 applicant and I recieve ppr and medical and pcc on 31 may and medical received to cic on 18 June and submitted passport at vfs Karachi so how long it will take to return passport and cic status is in "proces" till today.

Nothing at all. They keep saying that there is a document request pending but still deciding on what to ask.

There is nothing on line 16 and 17 its blank.

Maybe this is part of their "new process" for faster processing. I think for new applications, BGC and Eligibility checks are started simultaneously to reduce processing times.

apply for visit visa with a strong case and tell them he will go back after the visa is expired.

Wife visa case ha. I will have to apply for visit visa which has zero chances to get approved.

DM means decision made on sponsor elifibility (can be approved or refused). You can call CIC call centre and confirm the status if no correspondence is received to sponsor.

you never know, make a strong case and tell them give me 3-4 months just to live together and will be back after that. Tell them you will actually inform the visa office that you are leaving after your stay. To my opinion as long as you have a a good case and being honest there is more chances of getting the visa. I am also thinking to apply for my visa next month.

muje nhi lagta muje visit visa milega, ever. you might give it a try, every case is different .

Thanks for the info. Do you have a line in ECAS (PR side) saying something like "We started processing your application..."?
