I submitted my application June 1st and when I checked the processing time at the time of submission it was 47days

I got admission to a university in the US and I have booked my flight for August 9th. I haven't gotten any response and I'm becoming really unease.
Please what can I do to get my passport back before my flight date

It's not clear what you've applied for given your post says you'll be studying in the US. However the posted processing times are just estimates. It's possible for processing to take longer. If you want your passport back now, you can try canceling your application.

It varies. I can't give you a definitive answer. I would request your passport back now if you have plans to fly on August 9th.
