Background check in student visa

I am working as an accountant and have a experience of 3 years .
I want to apply for canda study visa for diploma certificate.
Is there any background check for work experience while considering student visa?
What is the procedure and they check....** when verifying complete document checklist or when file received by visa officer?

What is your study and professional background- please provide full details. If you are working from last 3 years I don't think it is advisable to go for a diploma rest depends on your background.

I have completed b.com and m.com in 2012 and 2014 respectively.
And working as an bookkeeper accountant with a tax consultant.

once medical is passed , i think after that they will start all verifications and other processes, they would not want to waste their time if medical test is not ok.
