How much time will CRS score take - to come down to 313 ?

The lowest the score has ever come down to is 413. To be honest with you, it is very unlikely that the score will even go down to 313 or anywhere close. Your best bet is to raise your crs. What is your ielts score? Try to retake ielts and score higher. Explore other ways of raising yoir crs. How many years of work experience do you have? If it is less than 3, try again a year or two later with more experience. Explore pnp routes if possible (job offer or family ties to a province).
