GCM notes is Global Case Managment system .
You can order this online by cic website and you should to pay $5 Ca ,
When I did they email me back to waiting like 1 month and than they give me all detail my case file ..
Better some one live in Canada do it , because easy for pay ..

1. Log in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name.
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application (Assuming 1 PA, 1 Sponsor, 0 dependents)

Today , finally I received email from MP , and I see my updated
1. We received your application
2. Security started and still pending
3. Eligibility completed
4. Back ground check updated criminal passed
5. Medical will expire On Oct
6. Estimate processing time is 12 month from that it was received
But I don't know if all this passed and completed why takes 12 months ??

Today , my husband received email from Delhi Immigration visa office ,i hope this is good news , they said this :
