Refugee old case from 1999

good evening
my name is Natalia

i was Canada in 1999 and claim Asylum in Canada in Ottawa

i was pregnant and my late husband sent me to Canada to his friends to born in Canada

the cost in the hospital was too high to deliver a baby and the friends of my husband sent me to YMCA in Ottawa to claim Asylum

after i had a baby i returned to Israel,i was in Canada only 3 month

i didn;t have any intervew and also didn;t get the answer from Refugee Bord

i left Canada onmyone before any processing of my documents as refugee,i only gave my fingerprints by post

the question is can i come come back to Canada and reopen my refugee case,due to i didn;t pass any intervew ,i am willing to do it now

it was my mistack i know it to sick Asylum just for the luck of money to pay for the hospital to born a baby,i really didn;t have any political problem,just financial

Now i really have problems in Israel and i don;t know how to come back to Canada as refugee and reopen my old case

Since you have an asylum case already on record, I think it would be almost impossible for you to obtain a TRV to ever travel to Canada again.

The fact that you claimed asylum but then returned to your home country without completing the asylum process will make it hard to claim asylum again. Especially since you returned and spent 15 years living in the country. At some point the issue of the unpaid hospital bill will also come up if you do make it to Canada. This will probably not be an issue because as RobTO said, you are unlikely to be granted a TRV.

You can't reopen your old refugee case. It was closed many years ago.

You would have to claim asylum again from the start. However as others have said, this will likely be quite difficult given you returned willingly and have been living there a number of years.

Also agreed that obtaining a TRV will likely be impossible.
