I am very much worried as many of them getting IP2 after dates of my AOR date. but Mine is struck at NA
I am and many others are still at IP1 for over 2 weeks. Some AOR's after me already have ppr or ip2. Every application is different, different circumstances, different visa offices, different officers ...
I understand your worries, just know that no one here will be able to tell you why. Just let it take its time and if in doubt order gcms notes

Greetings to all... I wish everyone speedy PPRs.
I'm an FSW-O applicant from India. Here is my timeline:

ITA - 17-May
AOR - 20-June
MP/ IP1 - 20-July
RPRF request - 28-July

I think I'm in IP1 (BG says "In progress; we will send you a message when we start background check"). But, having got RPRF request, am I already in IP2? BTW, Thanks to everyone contributing in this entire forum. It had answers for all my questions and was immensely helpful all the while...

I have seen so many people after my AOR! Some of them have already got the PPR and some of them in IP2 stage.
I am feeling tensed as to why and where I am lagging behind! Is there some problem??

Sometimes I even feel that Its got to do something with the NOC. As I can see people with Information Technology or computer backgrounds getting PPR very easily and very Fast! Whereas people in Accounting and Finance guys, like me struggling.
Could that also be one of the reasons?

I am getting very confused and impatient with the passing day!
Please clear my doubts!?

Thanking in Anticipation.

Dear Pigeon, according to my analysis of june, may and april. Not ONE case got the RPRF request before moving to IP2. Therefore, you are not in IP2 but very close, on average 7 days. As for my case to compare, i also got an RPRF yesterday 28th but unlike you i'm on NA2. I think you're in NA2 as well but the system somehow does not mention it.

Can you guys help me understand as to why people after my AOR are already in IP2 and PPR stage whereas me stuck at IP1 to NA stage? People matching my NOC too are in IP2 stage. And my CRS score is way more than these people.

My timeline:

June 2-AOR
July 7-MEDS
July 7-IP1
July 7-NA
First of all which stream you are? CEC is going slower then FSWO.
Now about the file, your file is going at the normal pace, don't panic seeing other files, each case is different, maybe you have a visa Office that is slower or some background check is taking more time for you. There can be numerous factors in play. NOC and high CRS plays no role at all in fast processing of files. In my opinion you will get some update next week or in 10 days. There are 540 cases in June out of which 45 are in IP2, so if you see the number, there is nothing to panic as yet, there are many early June applicants waiting around you AOR dates. So you are normal here.
I suggest in the meanwhile you find your Visa Office that will also help in clarifying this delay.

Same as my answer up, no one knows exactly why. You are still within processing time and there is no need to stress. At least you are at NA stage, many of us still at IP1. I am a medical doctor NOC 3112, doubt it has anything to do with our NOC though.

Most of the people stuck at NA2 have their file still at CIO Sydney.
A lot of guys I know tried finding their visa office and were really disappointed to know that their file is still at CIO level and still not transferred to CPC Ottawa.

I guess we'll have to wait for a week or two and just see how things progress!
Thanks for replying Doc! :)

Not all files are transferred to Ottawa. First of all in the beginning all files remain at CIO till IP1 stage is concluded. it is after NA2 stage that "some" files are transferred to Ottawa for load sharing. Rest files remain at CIO Sydney for major processing and background checks and are at the very last stage sent to LVO around IP2 for the Visa Officer to finalise the file. Now the lucky applicants getting quick updates are mostly from Ottawa as Ottawa is way faster then CIO.
But still Ottawa can also normally take 20-25 days in NA2 stage, so one can still hope. 60-70 days is the least period for files to be cleared. Please don't hit panic button before you are 25 days in NA stage as yet.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm FSW-O and from India. I'm not worried or panicky. It's just that I don't understand the rationale behind processing the files with AOR way later than mine's. Also my file is presently at CPC-Ottawa. This I confirmed with a email reply from the same office. I have seen files with O category NOC being processed faster but then again its stupid to assume anything.

Processing times have nothing at all, to do anything with NOCs.
You are just around 48 days in process, there is absolutely no reason to be worried at all as yet. your file is going good so far. Give 20 days more for any updates to the least. Do not be anxious seeing other people's files, every case is different. Someone could have a nasty case analyst who has put file in further review, or a lazy officer who is working very slow on files, or file is at a slow Visa Office or they find something suspicious in your file and doing further checks, there can be so many reasons that none of us can fathom. So at least wait 30-40 days in NA2 stage of processing.
You are not at all lagging behind and there is no problem as such.
To all June guys please give at least 70-80 days to your file before getting worried, it is the bare minimum. Do not be worried seeing other cases being processed fast, every file has its own fate and problems and luck. give some time here. Nothing to worry, relax for now:)

If you know your visa office, do you think they can assist you with your application status ??

Many thanks Brother, I have contacted them a week ago, they replied back that the file is being processed at CPC Ottawa. I am afraid if I emailed them regarding the status, they might become frustrated or aomething! What do you suggest my friend?
Okay, i suggest you wait till Monday (canadian). if you do not get the PPR next week then e-mail the next one.
