Which NOC is applicable for Lecturer having bachelors degree?

Hi,
I needed a little help regarding which NOC would be more apt for me(4011 or 4021) while creating my Express entry profile?
I have work experience as a lecturer in a University in India...but at that time i had a bachelors degree in Engineering. After a work experience of 3 years..as full time lecturer..... I did my Maters in engineering but did'nt join any job.
So my job title is University Lecturer(4011) but educational qualifications of a College Lecturer(4021).What should I do?

4011 clearly says "A master's degree in the field of specialization is required for university lecturers." which you did not have when you had the job
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp says "

1. Enter your job title in the “Filter items” field
   • as you type words, the table will change to display related words
2. Click on the NOC title (to visit the NOC site)
   • and make sure the main duties listed match what you did at your job
   • if they don't, you’ll need to find a different job title with duties that match yours"

I'd say 4021 IF those duties match what you did. Titles are titles and can be manipulated.

Taught in classrooms as well as supervised in labs...conducted exams....all duties done
