What background check status do you guys consider as IP2?
My details:
FSW-inland
June 02/2017- AOR
July 13/2017-Medical passed and BG in progress (Your application is in progress).
July 26/2017-BG (We are processing your BG chk).

I have not seen "not applicable status" for BG in between. Also I am seeing "Review of additional documents: The additional documents provided are being reviewed" from the beginning.

Is this then IP2 or IP1?
IP2 congrats, next step is PPR!

My concern was that a friend with exactly same details got a request for RPRF yesterday and his status changed to IP2
I paid my RPRF upfront at the time of submission.

I forgot to include my details

AoR june 8

Med pass july 7

Bgc NA since July 7[/QUO
Don't worry most likely you missed IP1. Wait for few days you will see IP2 only now.

Every case is different, maybe his Visa Officer was a quick one and maybe yours is slow, maybe his Visa Office is different etc etc. So don't worry and compare, after medical pass each case is different and has its own timeline, you will see IP2 soon:)

Hi Kiran, normally when does CIC sent out the Batched-up PPRs?? Do they do it on Fridays or Mondays?? And normally what does the Additional Documents Status say, would it be "We are reviewing..." or "We do not require any additional documents"?? Sorry to pester you, just being anxious as the batch PPRs did not arrive this week yet. Thank you.

Hi there!
You are not pestering at all dear, happy to help:). I have seen batch PPRs released in storms on Friday, Wednesday and Monday (Canadian time) so far, but I think it can be any day they choose, earlier the myth used to be Mondays and Fridays, but the biggest storm came on Wednesday (Canadian) this month! So it could be any day, CIC can make any day your lucky one:).
Today seems silent though let's hope on Canadian Monday my Tuesday here!
Also regarding Additional docs, for many people they remain in the default "reviewing" till CoPR, for some it changes to "we do not need". Nothing hard and fast. Though these days many are reporting "we do not need" before IP2 or around IP2 also, so it can be taken as a sign of application being close to be approved.

Hello Kirank,
Do you believe it is difficult to receive ADR during IP2?
