Hello everyone!!

I have been living in Canada for 5 years now, came as an international student for my bachelors, got post graduate work permit in March 2015. Since then I have been striving to get a job in NOC 0,A,B category job in order to be eligible for express entry or PnP. I have been working for the same company since last 3.5 years but I got moved up as assistant manager in November 2016, now I have to wait until November 2017 to be able to create my profile for express entry. My work permit expires in March 2018. Two weeks back I went back home to see my family and got married as well. I have given ielts exam and I got 6.5 over all, listening 6.5, speaking 7, reading and writing 6. My current individual CRS score is 410

My concerns if anyone can help me out here.

1) what is the best route for me to apply for PR?

2) am I eligible to create express entry profile after November 1 or after October 1?

3) what if I create my profile and CRS score doesn't go low to a point where I qualify and my work permit expires? What is the next step after to be able to stay in Canada.

4) for the spouse, is it better to apply with me together in express entry or get my PR first, then sponsor, which route is easier, better and faster.

5) what else can I do to increase my CRS marks besides writing English language test again.

6) life is really stressful not knowing the solution for all these concerns, specially when you have limited time. Can someone please help me out here as I don't want to go back home as living here for 5 years now, I am used to of this culture and society and it will be a big disaster if I go back. Hopefully I don't have to.

Awaiting for someone to help me out here.

Thank you all!!

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1 - EE will be the best route after completing a year of work experience.
2 - You didn't state the exact date when you started working so I can't say for certain. You can create your profile once you've worked for a period of one year.
3 - Visitor.
4 - She can apply with you but if she doesn't speak English and doesn't have any educational credentials then your CRS score will be affected. Sponsorship takes up to a year.
5 - French, LMIA, have your spouse take the IETLS and get her credentials evaluated.
6 - I understand you have limited time but these questions are fairly simple, you have to do your due diligence and start doing your research.

Hello everyone!!
My current individual CRS score is 410

You are married, so you should be calculating your CRS score including your spouse.

My concerns if anyone can help me out here.

1) what is the best route for me to apply for PR?
EE. You could also look into PNP programs.

2) am I eligible to create express entry profile after November 1 or after October 1?
One year from the day you started to work.

3) what if I create my profile and CRS score doesn't go low to a point where I qualify and my work permit expires? What is the next step after to be able to stay in Canada.
Best not to let your work permit expire. To get a new work permit, you can ask your employer to apply for an LMIA. Or you can look into other programs (IEC). If your permit will expire before you are eligible to apply to extend, then you can change to a visitor (but you won't be able to work).

4) for the spouse, is it better to apply with me together in express entry or get my PR first, then sponsor, which route is easier, better and faster.
Apply together is the BEST option, however, there is a possibility that your CRS score will decline. It is not mandatory for your spouse to take the language test, but it will add points. Same for the ECA.

5) what else can I do to increase my CRS marks besides writing English language test again.
- Study, and then take the test again. Or, try taking a different test (e.g. take the CELPIP instead of the IELTS).
- Get a provincial nomination (EE provincial nomination may take more time than you have)
- Get a valid job offer
- Have your spouse take the language exam and do the ECA.

And realize, you can still apply even if you have to go back home for some time.

Thank you for your immediate response. I have another question, before I came to Canada I was already enrolled in a university and then I got admission in Canadian university. I got credits transferred so I finished my degree in Canada. However; when I was a student back home, I was working part time, how can I show that as my foreign work experience, what are the requirements of that for to be able to justify that I was working part time in NOC 0 category.
