Good day everyone!..My documents was returned because we didn't include Representative Form..Now im trying to fill up this form but im a little confused on Question number 3... it states that..... (If you have submitted your application.
A)Name of office where the application was submitted...
B)Type of application(permanent resident, extension of study permit, citizenship, etc..)
..my question is do i have to fill up this line?yes i submitted my application but it was returned..If i had to fill it up,maybe i could put office in Mississauga??and is it Permanent Resident or Spousal Sponsorship...Your opinion is highly appreciated..Thank you...
By the way i send my app May, im just hoping someone here in june thread could help me out..

No. You do not have to fill that option since your application is already returned and you are going to send it again. So they will get this form with your paper application. That option is only for people who have already sent their application and now they want to become representative. You do not have to fill that.

No matter when and why she was denied any visa anywhere, she has to answer yes and state it

My husband is in Canada and will sponser me soon.

In a nutshell...
Inland: Both applicant and sponsor are in Canada. The applicant can apply for an open work permit. No appeal process if denied.
Outland: Applicant may or may not live in Canada. The applicant cannot apply for an open work permit if living in Canada. Appeal process if denied.

Btw. Im confused because in my online account the review for eligibility says "we are reviewing your file. We will just send you a message once your eligible" what does it mean? Eligible for permanent resident or its for my husband to have eligible to sponsor?

It's in PA's online account right? It's the eligibility for Permanent residence

The email with the UCI number and Application number is most likely the AOR1. So you got your AOR1 and Sponsor Approval letter both, right? Is that what you're saying? Sorry, your post was a little confusing. Could you please clarify.

no I just got sponsorship approval mail. but in that mail it contains both like file number and UCI number.
just one email. and my wife is still waiting for email.
