Based on my observation with files stuck at CIO, it seems CIO keeps the files for about 100-110 days post AOR before sending to LVO.
Patiently waiting

I got AOR on 28th April and my file is also stuck at CIO Sydney since then.

Lets hope they process it soon.

Called them last week:-
File at sydney vo.
Performing eligibility checks.

They are still doing eligibility review? What did you ask to the agent? I've heard they don't disclose these information easily.

AOR May16th, file stuck in CIO Sydney *sigh*

Timeline (FSW-O):
AOR: May 16
Medical passed: June 28
IP1/ADR: June 29
Uploaded ADR: July 20

No change in status since then. It stays they haven't yet started on my BG check. I wrote to them asking if it's a technical glitch, hope they respond soon.

My application has moved to London VO. For some cases at CIO Sydney, when the additional documents status is updated to "we do not need any additional document", your file is ready to be moved to an LVO.

Thanks Skyler for the update. My additional documents changed to same about 3 days ago so I guess mine has been shipped to LVO too, I will send them a mail next week to find out my LVO. At this rate, I'm fully ready for the six months wait seeing that most LVO wait the entire six months to update files.
