I am applying for appeal for COC , as I was non Singapore citizen . I received the request letter from cic
My question is when I tried applying for the COC appeal, it asks for e-Appeal number in addition to FIN and passport number.

Where can we find e-appeal no?

You should choose the option for Appeal by Non-singaporean citizens. You will be required to fill in the details then your e-Appeal number will be generated.

I received the COC letter from SPF. While uploading in the CIC, it is asking for Document number and Expiry date .
Could please suggest what that is ?
