Hi.. I am from India. I have applied through express entry. Last week I got a mail with subject “Ready for visa” and requested to submit the original passport and our photos with specified size. I have send my passport to the Canada embassy office at Delhi on 18 th July 2017. Please let me know how many days it will take to get my PR visa stamped. Expecting experienced answers . When to book our flight tickets to Canada? Thanks in advance

Rejection is possible.... but extremely unlikely. And by "extremely" I mean unless CIC discovers your secret identity as Dr. Evil or something. Don't worry about it.

I had a query regarding my visa stamping on my pp.
Got PPR on 21 July and in it it's written that pp to be valid for atleast 12 months and my pp getting expired in April 2018.
Do I need to renew my pp or send this old pp for stamping.

I'm in a similar situation, except I'm dealing with the visa office in Pretoria, South Africa. They acknowledged receiving the passport on the 18th of July and told me that it can take anywhere from 5-20 business days to stamp. Fingers crossed we don't run into any delays and that we all get the passports back asap!
