*The share of PNP has decreased from 40% in Jan 2017, to ~9% in May. I would expect it to grow to 15% as there were a lot of OINP and NSNP nominations recently.

Statuses by the month of submission up to date:
*We had seen a lot of PNP-Inland from January getting PPRs last two weeks, it allowed January to clear up to ~75%. However, still a lot of waiting. We can clearly see that the target of 80% within 6 months had been missed by CIC for January applicants, and partially for February.



Statuses by day of submission for January:
*Remember 40% are PNP applicants, they are currently being processed, 90% of PPRS for jan past two weeks were for PNP applicants.

*The most quiet months as of now, almost PPRs reported in last two weeks (or rather only few)

*April had seen quite a big number of PPRs in the past two weeks.

Medical pass does not have much impact as per me.

May I please know for the PPR email, is it an email with all detailed information about what to do next or it is just an email saying" you have a new message in your CIC account" and the detailed information and maybe the PDF letter about application approved is in our CIC account?

PPR should be around 9/9/2017

Email will come with instructions on how to submit your passport and everything related.

I think just cic account. Btw, for me, I just called them, and they will confirm the email that you use. Somehow, they had my other 2 old email account. To prevent missing PPR, I just ask them to delete those 2

It varies from case to case but should be anywhere between 2 to 4 months. You can check my timeline in signature.

Thanks ! I submitted my passport on 25 July 2017. But then it's Mumbai - Delhi - Mumbai. The VFS guy said it will take 10 days. Will post update as soon as I received it.

CEC Inland AOR April 23... No update since Med passed...

I am April 25 AOR - CEC outland and had not had any update after medical passed on May 16th. BGC was "we r processing your background check.. blah blah ". I gave them a call on 21st July. I saw an update yesterday and my BGC change to NA. So worth trying to call them, as I have lot of people's status changing after they call.
