i have some queries regarding documents:-
1.should we require affidavits for another name ( surname case=> name without surname in birth certificate and marriage certificate but on passport with surname)? if anyone use can i see sample
2.if documents have both languages English and local then should we require translation of that document also?

actually mystatus changed and i received check-list after 10 mins
