Can international students study CFA full time in Canada?

The short answer is no. They are short term and/or part time courses. Not enough to get a study permit on its own.
There are programs that incorporate the completion of the CFA as part of their program. For example, there are 4 year Bachelor of Commerce that include achieving the CFA designation.
