I am going to get fund from my mother who got it by selling a parental land. She is going to transfer the fund from her account to mine account by issuing a cheque to me and provide me a gift deed.

Question 1 :- Can we create the Gift deed after transferring the fund to mine account or prior?
Question 2 :- Do I have to attach the detail of land registration to show the source of fund into her account?

I have a query. I have attached two POF documents. 1. Bank letter (>14000 CAD) and 2. Provident fund letter (additional). The provident fund letter is handwritten by RPFO, signed and attached with account statement. Even if they don't consider it, I'm above the minimum as per my bank statement. In my application I've mentioned I'll get 17500 CAD. Question being- are there chances of rejection?

No. If your bank statement says you have more than required money, then you don't need to worry.
Regarding your application, it doesn't matter how much money you mention in your application at the time of submitting it. There is only one rule, you must have equal or more than the specified CAD for you.
Now, at the time of your landing, you'll be asked how much money are you carrying with you? At that time, you declare whatever money you will be carrying with you in any form (cash, cheques, etc)

Hi. I received RPRF on 18th May'17 and paid it the sameness day. There has been no movement since then. What are the next steps? BG status has always been 'Not applicable'.

On this forum, some people have received PPR within 2 weeks and some have received upto 3 months from RPRF payment date. What is the process?
TIA.

Gentry,

Does anyone know if I can show government issued bonds/ savings sertificates as proof of fund? These are readily en-cashable.

Would seek urgent help. Thanks in advance!
