You have a sibling in Canada, right? That was the missing 15 points. You got the NOI before the June 6 changes, maybe at some point when OINP updated your nomination, the sibling points was overwritten. That is all I can speculate now.My score was 422 before the nomination. After I accepted its 1007 instead of 1022

Pardon me for my ignorance, but could anyone confirm if OINP requires only last 10 years' employment record or should I try to obtain the reference letter from the employer I left working for 11 years ago ? In fact, this will be a difficult ask.
What I conceived from the OINP application guide is that I have to provide record / reference letter of my complete work history. I have received letter of interest from Ontario and now a days I am in process of completing the documents before I register for the application which will leave me with 14 days to complete it.
Your help might save me a lot of effort.

Hey Guys, In my express entry profile I scored CRS for my spouse IELTS scores, now her test date was 23-Jul-2015 which would probably mean that my express entry profile will become ineligible on 23-Jul-2017 as express entry takes IELTS scores only for 2 years as I understand. At the moment my express entry profile has not yet become ineligible, could anyone suggest in how many days will they make my profile ineligible? Reason I am asking is because I applied for OINP nomination using this profile at CRS 408 but if the profile becomes ineligible I will need to recreate a new profile and inform OINP about this. Also since in the new profile I would not be putting my spouse IELTS scores so the CRS will fall down to 400 in the new profile. I am not sure how would OINP take this change in CRS, would they reject my application? any ideas from previous experiences related to this from anyone please. Kindly suggest.
You just need to mention the work history of the last 10 years. So there's no need for you to get references from jobs older than 10 years.
It's a good idea to get all the documents first and then register on the One-key portal.
