Medical Test !!

Hi Folks !!

Took my medical test yesterday and I received an e-medical information sheet copy with a seal, more like acknowledgement paper in return. But the CIC says we need to submit an IMM 1017E for the medical test. I don't think the one I received is an IMM 1017E copy. What am I supposed to do now ?. Pls, Help !!

You need to submit this information sheet with your application. That alone will suffice.

ok bud. I'm just sceptical because it clearly states we need to submit IMM 1017E. So only. Anyway i will submit this for sure
