Extension visa Delay

Hi, I am in a big problem.
My mum is here for the last 5 months. Her visa expires on July 19, 2017. I have one week time. I already applied for the extension. Its been almost 2 month. Incase if rhey don't extend, how many days after rhe rejection she has to leave canada. How is the possibility of getting extension visa?

Two months seems normal to me.

She has to leave immediately. All things given 1-2 weeks seems enough time to pack and leave.
