Unemployment since two years negatively affect PR chances

Hello All,
I have a query. I meet the CRS score of 448 points under FSW express entry program and also meet the minimum points of 67 for FSW points.
however I have been unemployed since 2016. would a two year career gap affect my PR chances?

Nope. You unemployment won't affect your PR processing in anyway. As long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria and can provide relevant documents to prove it, you are good.
