So I am in Canada right now applying for OUTLAND PR but as I am Australian I am visa exempt so I have no proof of this.

Do I just not do anything then for this aspect of the application?

If you have a stamp in your passport, include that. If not, add an explanation. Don't "not do anything" in this app; if there is something you can't provide, explain it. Otherwise, you risk IRCC thinking you missed it and returning your app as incomplete.
