When did you apply and did you ever get a message that your passport has been submitted to visa office from VFS?

I applied 17th of may. Sure I did get a message from them that my passport has been submitted

Now have you linked your application online? They have made a final decision on your file and have dispatched your paasport. If there was no medical request and you didnt do it upfront, regrettably this seems like a refusal.

Since you didn't get a medical request .........sorry to say this, it means refusal
