there is a way to merge all documents under PDF, but you have to have the INSERT PAGES feature under DOCUMENTS tab.

BUT, this can still be done. gather all your documents, scan them, save them as PDF. zip your file. upload that. make sure the zip file is under 4MB in total. You can even write a NOTE and leave that in the zip file for the officer to read.

Or copy everything in WORD and save as PDF

We got that request last week. and therefore got the mark sheets translated and notarized. will be uploading them soon with the schedule A and PCC, awe also go the digital photo request.

Also I am assuming since your mark sheets are in BS they want the date in AD. putting these puzzles together is a TASK.

WISH they were clear as to what they wanted. this just means application is slowed down again.. after we upload god knows when they will check and update

On your GC account does the "details" show as "replacement needed" for the birth certificate? What does it say exactly?

it says replacement needed . (birth certificate/registration). but the request letter is exactly like yours. I don't think this will slow down the process. just translate the mark sheets and submit it with the birth certificate and voters id. did u submit ur voters Id previously??

i do not have a voter id as i have not been living in nepal for the past 10 years. but i submitted nagarikta and all that. yes i shall translate the school records i have and submit those. we do not have to submit all three types of school records right? whatever we have should be enough?

No problem at all. I know how anxious this process is. My GC key and ecas is exactly same as yours.
