Guidance on a job!

Hi,
I have received a job offer from an employer. I have applied to that offer through Naukri (India's Job Portal Profile). The issue is that I am not able to trace down which job that I have applied for in the portal. I have always applied to consultancies (This one came directly from the employer as a reply to my Naukri's profile ).

The employer (she) has emailed me regarding the job offer for her real estate and domestic management activities, the offer also includes a 4- year contract with the employer. She asked for my educational documents, working experience proofs along with the scan of my passport details, which I have forwarded duly.
I explained my management experience in detail to her via mail. There had been no interview and she dropped a job confirmation mail shortly (maybe within 2 days). She said she would speak with her lawyers regarding the contract and reply within 48 hours now. I need to sign that contract and mail the same to her.

There has been no mention of any organization names as such in the mail. In response to her confirmation mail I asked her if we could have a live call to discuss things and other matters, which she is yet to respond.

P.S: I have applied for Supervisor level job (kind of unskilled labour since I just posses 10th certificate (High School))

I just wana know if I could proceed ahead with the offer. Does it seem legit?

Guys, I really need your inputs on this.

There was a similar post on here about a very similar job offer , no interview just a job offer so for sure almost certainly a scam which will either be obvious by the grammar in the offer letter or when the 'lawyer ' asks for money. I mean who is going to offer someone thousands of miles away a 4 year contract just based on a resume/CV without any interview or even a telephone or skype interview, nobody !

I am sure if you paste the offer here with any personal details blanked then it will likely match similar one someone else received.

First of all no company will hire anyone without a interview first. Most people who lives outside of Canada usually have their employer Skype with them for interviews. Secondly, the salary and benefits is when you know its a scam, no company offer their employees that much benefits and paid vacations especially to someone who is not Canadian or Permanent Resident because not even local people get that much benefits. And also when you received this email, is it from a company email or private email?

Actually they haven't asked any money , but I am curious how could they accept the profile without any interview. The other similar post was also provided by me . I am in a hunt to search jobs for my mum and coming up with many things.

In the offer also there is no details about to be paid and all , also no grammatical errors.

Are you kidding? It's horribly written and is full of bad sentence structures (it very obviously wasn't written by someone who speaks English as their primary language). It's incredibly obviously this is a scam for more reasons than I can name. They will be asking you for money sooner or later. But it's obviously your money - so do what you like with it.

To answer your question, they accepted the profile without an interview because it is a scam.

It is 100 percent a scam given who on earth offers over a 6 figure annual salary after tax plus thousands of dollars in allowances without even a telephone interview. How many people even get 2 months paid vacation and seems paid business class seats plus 2500 spending money and 950 entertainment allowance for each trip

With such a large slush fund of allowances why the mention of a landline and even an internet ready computer as though the applicant could not afford those themself.

It will be interesting to hear if anything comes through in 48 hours. If no money exchanged could even be planning to steal and clone your identity , no way to know

Well then that confirms is likely not genuine so not sure what anyone here can add if you are not convinced. The rule that if something looks too good to be true then for sure it is applies.
