Work Experience !!

I work in india for XYZ India Ltd organisation and as part of my deputation i was sent to UK (same organisation but different location , through Inter Company transfer) for 9 months, my UK office name is XYZ UK Ltd. After completing my deputation i returned to india and worked again for XYZ india Ltd. Because of this i furnished my work experience as 3 records.

Record 1: Indian Experience XYZ India Ltd
Record 2: UK experience XYZ UK Ltd
Record 3: Indian Experience XYZ India Ltd

Is this right ? Shall i proceed like this or since the organisation is same (XYZ Group) should i mention as a single record (XYZ experience).

Please clarify !!! Help me pls !!!

If u r getting the reference letter with indian organization which states the entire experience, then that would be simple

Does it mean i have to enter one single record for my experience or 3 separate records for india, UK and india again ?

What does your experience letter look like? How does it mention the UK period? Were your duties the same throughout your time in India and the UK?

It does not specifically mention my UK and Indian Role and Responsibility. It explains in general about my roles and responsibility. But my role and responsibilities were same at both the locations.

Create one entry per country and upload the same letter in all three placeholders with explanation at the beginning saying that it's all with one company and company provides only one reference letter without any geographical distinction.

Country is not an issue with work experience (unless Canada), but if you don't split country in work history, personal history too will be appearing with country as India as it will be automatically populated from work history. Your address history will not match that period too. So you could use the same experience letter in three places. Make sure you have upfront explanation before the same letter saying that your reference letter includes the time period claimed for that entry.

Jus one Quick Question. I am planning to write a cover letter for my work experiece, Sibling Points and stuffs since i need to provide some explanation. How am i supposed to furnish these? Am i supposed to add a cover letter in each proofs or a master cover letter where it covers all the stuff and attach it in the additional information section.

Hello There,

I am in dilemma for few of the following queries, it would be a great help if someone can help me out of this.

1) I have a MBA degree (Operations) pursued in 2016 and have a Bachelor's in 2013 which is not not recognized by any University.
I) Shall I go only with Masters assessment without even sending Bachelor's?
II) Post masters my experience remains as of 1 year only but in actual it is of 4+years - Will CIC consider experience post your ECA assessed degree or they count the overall experience?
