It's usually the passport size photo. Tawag ka din kung san ka magpamedical to confirm with them.

Same scenario tayo ang pagkakaiba lang eh wife ko naman ang nanjan sa Canada at ako naman andito sa UAE. Bale ang ginawa ni misis after namin makompleto mga documents after ng kasal siyaka nia pinasa cpc missasauga. Praise God at in process na application, waiting for background check. Tanong ko lang po...

1) Regarding IMM 0008 Form, dun sa Application Details Question #3 "How many family members, including you, are in this application?":
No dependent (children) pa kami ni spouse. Ilan po ang dapat ilagay dito? 1 lang ba or dapat isali din sa bilang yung sponsor?

2) Normally, how long ang validity ng PR Visa once issued? Gaano katagal from issuance to expiration date? I've read somewhere na normally not more than expiry ng passport or medical exam. Pero just want to know kung ano ba talaga usually ang binibigay na validity especially dun sa mga nagkavisa na.

Hi po ulet! Especially for those who got approved:
What did you write on the Given names portion? Did it include our middle name the way we use them in the Philippines?
Example:
In the Phils: Juan Danilo Santos dela Cruz
Given names: Juan Danilo
Middle name: Santos
Last Name: dela Cruz

But in the documents they only have Given names and Last Name.

It should only be PDF and size must not be larger than 2MB.

Ung guidelines na yan po kasi eh akala ko pang email lang. but still i tried to follow it Kaso nung pdf (378kb) inupload ko nagerror po ndi daw accepted yung format na un. Then i tried ung jpg na iupload, nagupload naman po kaso after upload PNG format ( 187kb) naman ung nakalagay na type dun sa details sa gckey ko. Readable and clear naman navview ung doc sa ganung format. Don't know lang if iaaccept. I checked guidelines for gckey upload, pdf, jpg,tiff, png at dox ung andun na pwede daw. Anyway I already emailed mvo regarding this concern. If ndi po accepted ung sa Gckey upload ko, i will send na lang pdf via email.
I guess i gotta wait sa feedback nila. Thanks po ulit.

Nakapagsubmit na po ako sa GCkey account kasi naging enabled ung upload button (replacement needed daw para sa Schedule A). Kaso... May JUNE 2017 pala na form ngayon! Di ko po alam.... So January 2017 na Sched A form ung naipasa ko... Wala naman pinagkaiba ung fields na sasagutan.... Tatanggapin po kaya ung sinubmit ko? Thanks po. Sana matulungan nyo po ako...

Sis question lang. when u uploaded sa gckey mo nung requested doc eh nakarame ba ung file? Ndi naman kasi nakaspecify sa gckey. Dun lang sa by email ang nakaspecify ng pag name sa file at dapat pdf.
I tried uploading kasi sa gckey ko eh ayaw magupload nung pdf. So I submitted ung PNG format. Ung sayo sis anong format napasa mo?

Hehe! Sakin naman after 2 hours nagreply naman kaso lang eh naku generic naman ung email eh. So ayun. Pag wala feedback or updates sa gckey ko na uploaded or reviewing or we do not additional docs eh mag send ako uli sa email.

Sa No. 2 lang masagot ko. Ang sa akin is 10 months validity ng visa. Kailangan nasa Canada kana bago ma expire ang medical mo o passport.

hehe basta sinend ko sa dalawang method sis, sa gckey at email. Ung sa replacement overdue, baka nareplace mo ung docs ilang beses. Hehe sa akin kasi replacement provided and nakalagay. Twice ko kasi inapload ung file.
