Application sent June 1
Delivered June 5

Called in this morning(july19) to find out that the application is being sent back due to lack of proof of relationship.
Thats all the agent mentioned, now have to wait for Canada post to deliever our applicaion back. (Does anyone know how long it takes for it to come back)

So the question is, once I get the application back in the mail, should I refill all the forms or just update whats missing and send it back?
What are everyones thoughts?

Just send them what they are askin .. strange! They could have asked u to upload that .. silly humans !!

getting message in the link "your action is required" and next it says " none" in messages. what number should i call to clarify this message if any documents are required?

Its nothin .. u will start gettin emails soon to upload documebmnts and get medical done .. till then, ignore that message .. its just there to confuse us ..

thanks a lot. yes its in "view submitted application" at the bottom.

My bad i never checked that as i was like it will be same as i saw on first day when i logged in. Good thing!! there is tab to upload replacement photos as well now i will need to get digital copy and convert it to required size and dimensions

Oh perfect .. glad i was able to help u .. now read the instructions if any that r there for the passport size photos ..

For example, for me, when they asked me to upload PCC, there were instructions attached .. so there may or may not be for u .. so chk that out .. if ur still confused and not sure on how ti up

Oh perfect .. glad i was able to help u .. now read the instructions if any that r there for the passport size photos ..

Like the instructions they sent with schedule A request says photo must be of size 50mm wide X 70mm high where as the upload instructions says it must be 35mm X 45mm. So I will follow the instructions with upload option. Other thing is there is only 1 tab for photo upload but I need to upload 2 (front & back with details of studio & pa info). Not sure if I can upload both in same

Heres a trick .. put those picx in word n resize them usin word format .. u will get all sides there .. then save it as pdf .. that way no one can mess up with the size ..

I would go with the size in the instructions .. i dont know where u hot the 50 x 70 .. its not on their website ..

it will take around week to see the package in ur mailbox. mine has been returned in may as I applied in April. I resubmit again June 5 and no news still...

Marrage cert
17 pictures
Letters signed by parents and sister
Visa, tickets, boarding passes, hotel reservations.
I have her under my company travel benifits.. so a copy of that.
Screen shots of our facebook accounts.


I decided not to send in our fb, txt, whatsapp, skype convos thinking provied above would be enough.
I wont know for sure, untill the package gets returned. I will post here, what the reasons are for being returned
