I have a situation. I am in express entry pool with 390 points. I have one
girl friend and she is going to apply study permit for British Columbia
university to pursue MBA. We did not marry yet due to suitable holy dates(religious
reasons). We are going to marry in December 2017. By this time she will be
approved with study permit. I am planning to get accompanying spouse work
visa after her study permit. I can proceed only after her study permit that
will be before our marriage. She will go for study permit as single. But i
will apply as her husband. In this case, does she need to re apply for study
visa? or original will be fine? Pls suggest

As long as she gets a study permit you can get an open work permit. She doesn't have to go for it twice. When you get married, go to the border and flagpole . Show your marriage certificate and her study permit. You can get a work permit for the duration of her study permit.

If you lived in a together for a year, you could be considered common law for immigration purposes and you can get an open work permit right away when she gets her study permit.
