That's great news! Thanks! I also think their qouta is far from being filled, just don't understand what's the delay with cut off and number of ITAs! :(
May be they don't want to let CRS score free fall hence the delay. But I believe from day one that CRS will fall way below 400 and i am countining to believe this...!!!:)

Ohh boy!!! you really wanna hear that?? if you have time go back to RoH 66th thread..

In short he was the (black) angel in disguise that united us all and help us stay put in the trial times of 66th Draw
But you can't even go back and read the 66th posts as most of his really vile stuff has been deleted by Admin.

Let's just say he was nasty but useful in summoning the draw.

I think I saw some of it. Is he the one who studied and worked in Canada, and was resentful of people with 413 CRS scores getting invitations?

Guys I found something interesting here, is a open source information from the government of Canada:

http://open.canada.ca/data/en/dataset/593e9165-c6ce-4f9b-b519-03d315f92cd4

As of 31st May 2017, there are around 47876 ITAs issued but only 16630 submitted their application;)

One ITA might end up with 2ppl, even 3,4 ppl if possible, so the approximately new PRs might be *I don't know, bad at math
This is a really good find - thank you.

I'm not sure what to make of it. If you look at the figures for Jan - May (5 months) then we have 16,630 people who got an ITA and subsequently applied for PR. So 16,630 / 5 (months) x 12 (months) = 39,912. This is a low figure against their target. Right?

But as someone rightly pointed out there is a maximum 90 day lag. So should we be saying 16,630 is for 2 months (5 - 3 month lag)? Or adding on 3 months to the 39,912 figure from above to cover the lag?

Any mathematicians on line care to comment? Positive ones only please. ;)
