Delaying in CAQ

Hi every one,
I've applied for CAQ for moving to Montreal to prepare for IELTS test up there. In fact, I don't have sufficient info of this process, So I did my best to complete the complicated process which contains two forms and then sent them to Quebec immigration in Montreal, soon after, I realized that I didn't open online file to check the statuts of my application, also it's been processing for more than month and half, and no confirmation or email informed me that it's been reached. I had doubt obviously then I applied again with open online file, when I accessed it, i found two different forms (i've never filled before) one like receipt of my pyment and the other is to fill it out with my passport and pic and the acceptence letter of the school, invoice, (when I was opening the online file note appering telling me that I'm not required to prove my financial situation based on my nationality ( by the away I've submitted the ability of my financial situation to canadian embassy already) , then i filled these forms and sent them again to make sure.
I don't know if what i did is right or not. And i don't know why CAQ is delaying like this, if any thing is missing will i be informed ??

First application nearly Reached on 25th of may

I mailed in my missing documents for the CAQ on 10th july, and the courier was delivered on 17th july. I was wondering how long it would take for them to issue the CAQ after this.

Will I have to wait another 20+ business days for them to process the missing documents? Or should I be expecting something within the coming week? Any insight on this would help.
