Passport photos: Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the specifications
outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications) For

Above is the request received from CIC for photos, where is this guide IMM 3999? plz tell me the specification of Photos. i already submitted them with my application but they again requesting the photos.

I didn't find any upload button and i open the "view submitted application"

Our medical request was received June 30, Medical done July 7th on the 11th agent confirmed that 2/4 medical passed. I called back 18th to check status of the other 2 they said application was transfered to VO July 11th so they dont have access i should contact VO which i sent an and receive this reply today;

Please be advised that we are unable to confirm receipt of your medicals at this time. Online medicals can take a minimum of six (6) weeks to be process by our medical section in Ottawa before the results are reflected in an application.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

6 weeks is crazy a lot of ppl already had medical done and passed in just days.:(

beside this request, there is a question mark sign. click on it and you will see the specification. show that to photographer and they will do it. then upload it.
