I am a PNP Outland , AOR -31st March 2017.
Today received a letter from CIC that application is rejected because the passport is not accepted as the proof of birth certificate of my daughter.
At the time of her birth I could not get her name attached in her birth certificate, that was issued by hospital in India.
After 107 days they have rejected the application on this basis.
What can be done to solve this problem.
Lots of tension...

For the dependents you need a birth certificate as that mentions the name of both the biological parents and passport is not an acceptable proof. You were rejected under R10, the completeness check. At this stage, the best thing to do you'd be to get the birth certificate, and create a new profile and use the nomination you received for it and re-file.

Although, you can try sending a CSE with the birth certificate, but since the rejection was due to a missing document, it will be difficult to get the case re-opened.

I got email from CIC that my file is in centralised intake office in Sydney Nova Scotia, and it hasn't been transfered to VO.

What does it mean?

Since when is your bg into 'NA'. And wen did meds passed. You probably are midway. They have worked on Feb files before so i will suggest, be patient. You will hear soon from them

My guess is application are processed at cio n cpc and mayb moved for ppr to local vo. Many people ordering gcms get this info in there.

Hard to say without GSCMS notes. I dropped a email inquiring about my Visa office and got a reply that my application is still in CPC Ottawa, so it is not at local visa office.

Of course. My application is different since I still need to submit Singapore PCC

Does my file being in CIO means that my security and my eligibility are still under process of evaluation?

At what stage file is transferred to LVO and what happens there?

Should they at least not ask once for an explanation or PFL like thing..!!

They should give one more chance instead of just rejecting!

R10 is the completeness check where it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all documents are submitted as asked. This responsibility is absolute and any deviation from this will lead to the rejection.

The best move would be to create a new profile and apply again.
Just one more query please, if we can reuse our Ontario nomination as per your suggestion, how and whom to contact for reissuing of nomination.
The nomination came on 22nd Feb 2017.

I reckon, Once you create the new profile, you have to ask OINP to transfer your points to new EE profile. Email on the addresses you were communicating with OINP. You can use the same document, but just add a letter to state points transferred to new EE. I feel for you maite, be persistent!
